The Aquarium of the Bay needed some help redesigning their identity. So we created a modular design system that worked across all their properties.

To help the aquarium celebrate the holiday season and stand out as a destination for tourists and locals, we took a page out of classic Audubon design and mixed it with a little Christmas whimsy. The end result ran all over San Francisco and led to record holiday attendance.
The graphic system designed above worked well for smaller exhibit-centric campaigns like “Sharks of Alcatraz.” We utilized much of the same look and created special placements ranging from floor clings on buses to coasters in Pier 39 bars and restaurants. It even worked well for wrapping paper during our holiday campaigns.
